- PREAMBLE

The present “General Conditions of Sale” apply to the legal operations carrying to the products marketed near its customers by GOATRACKS Association within its virtual shop.

- DEFINITIONS

The words or expressions hereafter will have within the framework of present the following significance:

The present conditions of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between GOATRACKS Association and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to any purchase carried out by the means of the commercial site of GOATRACKS Association, whether the purchaser is professional or consumer.

- ARTICLE 3 - CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICES PROPOSE.

The products are those which appear in the catalogue published in the site of GOATRACKS Association.
These products are available according to the formats and tariffings' defined in the catalogue.

- ARTICLE 4 - TARIFFS

The prices appearing in the catalogue are prices including all taxes in euro taking account of the VAT applicable to the day of the order; any change of the rate could be reflected on the price of the products.
GOATRACKS Association is reserved to modify its prices constantly, however being understood that the price appearing in the catalogue the day of the order will be the only applicable one to the purchaser.

- ARTICLE 5 - ORDERS

The purchaser, who wishes to buy a product must obligatorily:
- to fill the card with identification on which it will indicate all the co-ordinates requested or to give its number of customer if it has one of them;
- to fill the purchase order on line by giving all the references of the selected products;
- to validate its order after having checked it;
- to carry out the payment under the conditions envisaged;
- to confirm its order and its payment.
The confirmation of order involves acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition to have perfect knowledge of it and the renunciation to prevail itself of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
The whole of the provided data and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The salesman will communicate by email recorded confirmation of order.

- ARTICLE 6 - RETRACTATION

The purchasers, physical people nonprofessional, profit from a time of seven days retractation as from the acquisition of their order to make return of the product to the salesman for exchange or refunding without penalty, except for the expenses of return.

- ARTICLE 7 - MODES OF PAYMENT

The price is exigible with the order.
